Welcome to our “Attunement Gems.”

The "Gems" are brief stories about Attunement, or shared moments, reflections or even quotations created by you, our Guild members. Or these gems can be taken from the archives within our Attunement history. These stories or quotations are opportunities to share a moment of Attunement with us all. We see these as simple moments which have magnified or expanded our experience or awareness of the significance of Attunement within our lives. Come share your moments with us.

• News from Copenhagen - During the lead-up to the Copenhagen Climate Change Conference in December 2009, I was privileged to be a part of a few groups, which focused on “an in-pouring of love energy” through attunement and other peaceful expressions. This energy was directed toward the delegates and other associated participants throughout the conference as a means for offering love and support. As a result of this continued focus, I believe a kind of intimacy began to develop between members extending across groups, miles and cultures, which, I feel, is reflected in the three quotes I share below.

• Never too old for a new beginnings - In early September, my wife and Guild Attunement Practitioner Rosemary MacIntyre received a telephone appointment for an attunement at her Garden of Eden Beauty and Wellbeing Clinic. The older sounding woman caller said she had seen the wonderful attunement advertisement in the local Inner Self newspaper and had never had energy work before, yet felt inexplicably drawn to do this. Imagine Rosemary's surprise when a wizened 90-year-old woman --Jean Bullen-- arrived at her salon for her first ever attunement, travelling for half an hour by taxi to get there. Three attunements later, the woman confided to Rosemary that she had used a variety of means to care for herself over her many years and that these attunements were by far the deepest-reaching experience of peace and relaxation she had ever had --and she is still coming!
